Our designated Courier Company:
We use Fastway Couriers for the majority of our shipments.
We realise that time is important and our courier has a morning and afternoon cycle.
If your order is received prior to 8am we will send your order on a same day service to addresses in the greater Auckland area.
Please note that in some cases your parcel may not arrive the same day due to the courier company's schedule, or of course the volume on any given day.
However, if our designated courier has already completed all pickups up for the day we will endevour to use an alternative courier such as NZ Couriers or Courier Post to ensure that your parcel reaches you in the quickest possible way.
Orders are sent within 24 hours of payment
Is a signature required?
A signature will be required to receive the goods, it is recommended therefore, that your order is sent to a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for it ie: Work.
Please remember that if you live in a rural location delivery times can take up to 3 business days maximum.
If your package has not arrived within 3 business days please contact us immediately.

We only accept payment in NZ dollars and all prices displayed on our website are in NZ dollars (NZD).

CAN YOU PICKUP YOUR PRODUCTS DIRECTLY FROM OUR WAREHOUSE FACILITY?

Sorry but we are totally online based which allows us to cut our overheads and pass the savings on to you.
Our warehouse is used purely for incoming / outgoing goods.


RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Should you need to make a claim for damaged goods in transit, this must be done in writing (email or fax) within 24 hours or receipts of goods. Please see our contact page for contact details. In most cases we will either replace the goods in question, or refund your account in full. There would be no extra charge for post under these circumstances.
